A Madhya Pradesh auto driver who invested Rs 49 in the online game platform Dream 11 became a millionaire. He received an award of Rs. 1.5 crore. Shahabuddin, an auto driver, lives in Sendhwa’s Ghode Shah Wali neighbourhood.
Shahabuddin claimed that during the IPL match between Kolkata and Punjab, he had created a team on Dream 11 for just Rs 49. He took home the top honour in this division.
Messages of congratulations have poured in for Shahabuddin since he hit the million-dollar mark. For almost two years, Shahabuddin has been trying his luck in Dream 11.
Shahabuddin claimed that he currently resides in a rented home. He stated that he would first construct a home for himself before deciding how he would spend the money.
Shahabuddin has withdrawn Rs 20 lakh from his app wallet out of Rs 1.5 crore of the winning amount. Taxes totalling Rs. 6 lacks will be withheld, leaving him with Rs. 14 lahks in his bank account.
Shahbuddin, who currently rents a home in Sendhwa, Madhya Pradesh, intends to construct his own home with the money he received. In addition, he wants to use the remaining funds to launch his own company.
