Azerbaijan’s national airline, AZAL, has started operating direct flights to Pakistan, marking a significant development. The first flight from Azerbaijan is scheduled to land at Islamabad airport tonight.
Aftab Gillani, the airline representative, announced that AZAL will be running two weekly flights to Islamabad.
These new flights are anticipated to enhance the relationship between Azerbaijan and Pakistan, promote tourism, facilitate international travel, and strengthen diplomatic connections. It’s a positive step towards improved connectivity between the two countries.
