Babar Azam, Pakistan skipper is all set to break another record soon and to add another precious feather to his cap by becoming the fastest one to make 2,000 T20I runs.
According to the reports, if Babar Azam achieves this feat in series against Zimbabwe then he will become the 11th player in the world to score 2,000 runs of T20I.
PCB stated that Babar Azam was named and ranked as number one player in the ICC ODI Rankings last week. However, now he only needs 60 runs to break Virat Kohli, an Indian cricketer’s record of the fastest maker of 2000 T20I runs that were achieved by the Indian captain in 56 innings.”
Babar Azam has already made many records while playing against South Africa last week. Currently he is enjoying his purple patch and winning against the SA.
