BYD Pakistan Launches ‘Parwaaz Trainee Program 2026:’ Here’s Who Can Apply

Mega Motor Co. (BYD Pakistan) has launched the Parwaaz Trainee Program 2026, a new initiative designed to equip young people with technical skills, practical training, and industry exposure in Pakistan’s growing automotive and electric vehicle (EV) sector.

The program focuses on empowering youth from Gharo and nearby areas by providing them with an opportunity to learn in a professional manufacturing environment. It aims to help participants develop skills that can support their future careers in the evolving automobile industry.

Six-Week Technical Training Opportunity

Under the Parwaaz Trainee Program, selected participants will receive six weeks of structured technical training. The program will provide hands-on learning experience, along with exposure to modern automotive technologies and EV-related operations.

Participants will also have the chance to gain practical knowledge by working in an industrial setting. Shortlisted trainees may be considered for apprenticeship opportunities after completing the training.

Who Can Apply?

The program is open to young individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Age: 18 to 25 years
  • Qualification: Minimum Matriculation

The initiative is especially suitable for recent school graduates who want to begin their professional journey or gain technical experience.

  • Stipend after successful completion of training
  • Training completion certificate
  • Lunch facility during the program
  • Pick and drop transportation

Applications can be submitted online, while physical application forms are also available at Gate 1, Mega Motor Company, Mirpur Sakro Road, Gharo.

The deadline to apply for the Parwaaz Trainee Program 2026 is 23 June 2026.
