This week, WhatsApp unveiled the Call Links, a useful upgrade to its calling feature. Users can make links for their audio or video calls, and send them to anyone else who also has Whatsapp installed.
The information was shared via the tweet by Will Cathcart, Head, WhatsApp, That Call Links will be accessible this week, although it might be a few days or even weeks before everyone’s accounts start receiving the function.
The option to Create Call Link will be at the top of the call history list and Call Links will be accessible in the Call section of your WhatsApp account. Simply create the link and distribute it to the contacts you want to invite to take part in the call.
