Calligrapher From Occupied Kashmir Sets Record for Writing Quran on Single Sheet

A remarkable accomplishment, from Kashmir’s Bandipora district a 26 year old man has hand written the Quran in a 500 metre long paper.

He aspired last year and finished the calligraphic feat in approximately three months. He said that it took him two months to array for this special art paper for calligraphy. He got from Delhi as it was not available in open market. He further confirmed that the project was completed in June, whereas the calligraphy part done in Naskh font took more three months.

Further, he informed that the border designing took a month, he got it done with 13 lakh dots then the whole sheet was glazed.

It costed 2.5 lakh. Moreover, he stated that it was his heartfelt desire to write Quran by himself. He initially got calligraphy to improve his handwriting.

Afterwards, he initially write few chapters of the Quran and got so happy in doing it. He added that he thought to avail his God gifted talent to do something unique.
