Changan Motors began testing self-driving cars in Pakistan

MCM (Master Changan Motors) has begun testing self-driving automobiles in Pakistan.

As soon as the teasers were posted on Changan Pakistan’s Facebook page, Pakistani social media was buzzing with anticipation and a desire to see such technologically advanced automobiles launched to the Pakistani market.

On Changan UNI-T, the MCM is now performing technology testing. It is the first car in the automaker’s new UNI product series, which combines many futuristic technologies with a unique, avant-garde design.

When the teasers were revealed on Changan Pakistan’s Facebook page, Pakistani social media erupted with genuine enthusiasm and a desire to see such technologically advanced automobiles potentially offered to the Pakistani market.

The future UNI-T is outfitted with an intelligent vehicle system based on an AI chip, resulting in a best-in-class human-machine interaction.

A dual screen touch interface, intelligent voice activation, and a facial recognition system allow the driver to engage with the system, resulting in a multi-sensory experience that gives everyone in the vehicle the sense of entering a futuristic science fiction world.
