Newly launched airline, Fly Jinnah has stated it’s operations in Pakistan. However, customer is complaining about the basic need in a journey and termed it as a bad experience. Customer updated on social site about their lazy and unprofessional crew.
Flight basic and mandatory need air sickness bag were not provided to him even the crew was not available on the calls.
He asked several times and he was answered that it would be provided soon but it never was.
FJ is the lowest cost carrier of Pakistan operating jointly with Lakson Group and Air Arabia Group of the United Arab Emirates.
FJ started its domestic flights from November 1, 2022.
