After the Court gave the verdict on Housing Societies, Deputy Commissioner (DC) canceled the registration of 18 Co-operative societies.
DC earlier issued the cancellation orders in July but that was not implemented due to stay orders by the housing societies.
Courts vacated the Stay order over the matter.
