Earthquake Jolts Lahore & Other Cities of Punjab with 4.2 Magnitude

On Wednesday, aftershocks were detected in a number of Punjabi cities, including Lahore, the provincial capital.

According to local media, the earthquake’s center was close to the Pakistan-India border and its Richter scale value was 4.2.

The earthquakes were reportedly felt in Sheikhupura, Chiniot, and other cities in the nation’s most populous area, according to reports citing the National Seismic Monitoring Center.

As of right now, no loss of life or property has been reported.
