The Economic Coordination Committee (ECC), led by Federal Minister for Finance and Revenue Muhammad Aurangzeb, has sanctioned several significant grants.
These include Rs4.05 billion allocated for Suparco’s ‘Pakistan Multi-Mission Communication Satellite System,’ Rs2.363 million for troop costs and subsistence allowance under the Ministry of Interior, Rs200 million for the Intelligence Bureau Division, and Rs19.373 million for the Ministry of Law and Justice.
Furthermore, the ECC has endorsed the operation of SNGPL-based plants from March 31 to September 30, 2024. This decision aims to ensure a steady supply of urea fertilizer for the Kharif season. The meeting was attended by senior officials and various ministers.
