England Captain Wants Team mates to Learn From Rizwan

Throughout the series an amazing performance has been played by Muhammad Rizwan in recent Pakistan vs England T20 as he made four half centuries in 5 matches.

Rizwan’s efforts has been clearly left an impression on visitor’s captain Modern Ali, who advised his mates in order to learn how to grind out runs in tough times with England going 2-3 down in the 7 match series.

He stated, “He (Rizwan) is a brilliant player and is hard to stop. He is very busy and hits boundaries in awkward positions,” said Ali after the match. ” He is somebody we can learn a lot from. He saw the situation and adapted to the wicket and has been free-flowing all the time. He took the risks when he needed to and played properly. We have found him quite difficult to bowl to so far.”

Rizwan made 315 runs throughout the series with an average of 78?75 and striking rate of 140.63.

It wouldn’t be wrong if we say that the Rizwan has scored the bulk of the team’s run alone as expecting captain Babar Azam, whereas the rest of batsman haven’t gone beyond 100 runs in the series.

Moreover, the England’s batsman were not in form as in 2 back-to-back games as they were not able to chase the target even being in their favour.

Chasing 146 in Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium on Wednesday night, England only manage 139 as debutant pacer Aamer Jamal defendend 15 runs in the last over.
