With a fare of just Rs. 20, the initiative aims to make daily travel more accessible while encouraging the use of clean energy transportation.
The new fleet of fully air-conditioned electric buses is designed to provide passengers with a safe, comfortable, and reliable commuting experience.
By replacing conventional fuel-powered vehicles with electric buses, the project is expected to significantly reduce carbon emissions, improve air quality, and help preserve Murree’s natural environment.
The Green Electric Bus Service is part of the Punjab government’s broader vision to expand sustainable public transportation across the province.
