TPL Properties Limited is soon going to establish a unique state-of-the-art technology park in Karachi, Sindh. As per the company, this “Technology Park” is going to be the first in the province of Sindh that will have facilities with high technology.
This platform with the high end infrastructure of IT will also provide a proper platform to the several companies of IT sector across the Pakistan. The TPL Properties has also estimated that the project will be completed within two years by including the planning and also designing.
The PL Properties also issued a notice just to the Pakistan Stock Exchange and also entered in an ‘Agreement to Sell’. However, it is for the plot number 25-B purchase that measures a total of approx. 10,000 square yards and it is situated at the Sector no. 30, Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi. The construction will soon start after the offiial approval will be received.
