Fouzia Siddiqui Meets Dr Aafia Siddiqui in US

Aafia Siddiqui, who is imprisoned in the UNITED States, met her sister Fauzia Siddiqui.

According to reports, the two sisters met after 24 years in Fort Worth Prison.

Jamaat-e-Islami Senator Mushtaq Ahmed said that the meeting between the two sisters lasted for two and a half hours, during which Dr Fauzia was not allowed to hug And shake hands with Aafia.

Senator Mushtaq Ahmed further said that he is scheduled to meet Dr. Aafia Siddiqui again on Thursday.

This was the first meeting of a member of her family with Dr Aafia, said Senator Mushtaq Ahmed, parliamentary leader of Jamaat-e-Islami in the Senate.

Dr. Aafia Siddiqui has been missing from Karachi for 24 years and 13 years in American prison.

Senator Mushtaq said that he will meet Dr Aafia for the first time and Dr Fauzia and Clive Stafford Smith will meet for the second time in jail on Wednesday.

He said that Dr. Fauzia’s meeting with Dr. Aafia was in a critical situation, but it is a matter of happiness that the path of meetings and talks with the daughter of Pakistan has now been opened, but there is a need for the people of Pakistan to raise their voice and force the rulers to talk to the US government for the release of Dr. Aafia.

He said That Dr. Fauzia was not even allowed to hug and shake hands with her sister Dr. Aafia.

There was a thick glass between the two sisters in a jail room and the meeting took place while looking across it.

Aafia Siddiqui was dressed in a white scarf and khaki jail dress.

During the two-and-a-half-hour meeting, Dr Aafia Siddiqui narrated the details of the torture she had suffered every day.

Dr Aafia said that I remember my mother and children all the time, they do not know about the death of their mother.
