In Gilgit Baltistan, efforts are underway to restore traffic between Jaglot and Skardu.
According to FWO sources, the road was blocked few days ago due to an earthquake.
However, obstacles on the road from Skardu to Astak have been removed and the road has been cleared for traffic. Moreover, the road from Point to Jhangma Chho is also clear.
Meanwhile, District Magistrate Skardu has asked passengers not to travel on this road till Sunday.
