During an interview, Shaukat Tarin said that the federal budget for 2021-22 was developed after extensive research and hard effort, and that he aims to meet all of the budget’s goals for the new fiscal year.He promised that the government would not burden the country and would meet all of its economic goals.
While outlining the country’s economic intentions, Tarin stated that the country will purchase levy gasoline following a drop in world costs, and that Saudi Arabia will soon provide oil at reduced costs. He stated again that the administration will maintain low petroleum costs.
The finance minister criticised the previous government of Pakistan for “gifting” the country’s current account deficit and warned that non-payment of dues would lead to bankruptcy.

To help farmers, we’ve just changed the procedure by opting to provide cheap loans from big banks to small banks. Small enterprises, in addition to farmers, will be provided loans to help them grow their revenue.”
The finance minister stated that concrete actions will be made to improve tax collection, as well as the creation of a track and trace service to combat smuggling. “The next fiscal year’s export goal will be $30 billion.
