Govt of KP Allocates Rs. 6.64 Billion For Kalash Valley To Promote Culture And Tourism

The government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has recently allocated Rs 6.64 billion for Kalash Valley to promote its culture and tourism by upgrading the area’s road network.

Wazir Zada, Special Assistant to the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Minorities’ Affairs, declared this recently while presiding over the first meeting of the Kalash Valley Development Authority in Peshawar.

He added that the move will assist promote the Kalash culture while also providing job possibilities for the locals.

According to the special assistant, large sums of money are also set aside for minority communities’ religious festivals.
