Prime Minister Imran Khan has urged the relevant authorities to take action against government officers who were falsifying complaints registration and resolution on the Pakistan Citizen Portal in order to portray enhanced citizen satisfaction on their dashboards.
“At Citizen Portal, I personally check public concerns. In the settlement of public complaints, no sloppiness shall be accepted. The prime minister stated that “no compassion will be offered to officers who feign resolution of public complaints.”
The Prime Minister Delivery Unit (PMDU) also developed an inquiry report into spurious complaints on the dashboards of 254 officers.
The squad looked into the dashboards of 154 officials in Punjab, 86 officers in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P), three officers in Sindh, and 11 officers from the federal government.
