The government is set to launch the Vision Pakistan 2047 programme on August 12, outlining an ambitious long-term strategy to transform Pakistan into a trillion-dollar economy.
The initiative will provide a comprehensive roadmap for economic development, sustainable growth and structural reforms, with a strong emphasis on strengthening human capital, advancing technology and accelerating national development.
The programme will also focus on climate sustainability, improved governance and institutional reforms, aiming to build a more resilient and competitive economy.
Vision Pakistan 2047 is expected to align with and further expand the objectives of the Uraan Pakistan Plan, creating a broader framework for achieving Pakistan’s long-term economic and development goals.
