Hamza Khan Becomes First Pakistani to Qualify for World Junior Squash Championship Final Since 2008

The rising star of Squash game, Hamza Khan has achieved a milestone of qualifying for the final in the World Junior Squash Championship held in Melbourne.

Hamza showcased a remarkable performance playing against Melvil Scianimanico, ultimately securing a victory in the 5th game with a score of 11-8, 11-4, 10-12, 0-11, and 13-11.  The notable win marks the first time in history that a Pakistani player has reached the final since Aamir Atlas in 2008.

Hamza demonstrated his expertise before reaching the final by defeating Joachim Chuah from Malaysia in an exciting match with a score of 11-8, 9-11, 11-7, 12-10. Hamza reached the semi-final last year in the same tournament and this time he reached the finals, displaying his consistent growth.

Along with Hamza khan, other Pakistani players selected for the prestigious championship are Moeen-ud-din and Huzaifa Ibrahim Khan. Hamza’s impressive performance is a testament of the potential talent in Pakistan.
