Harry Brook Also Score Double Century After Joe Root Against Pakistan

In the ongoing Multan Test, England has taken control of the match with a massive first-innings score of 628 for the loss of only three wickets, largely due to impressive performances from Joe Root and Harry Brook. Root scored 247 runs, while Brook added 200, with the pair building a partnership of over 300 runs.

At the start of day four, Root was on 176 and Brook on 141, and they continued to pile on the runs. Earlier, Pakistan had put up a strong total of 556 in their first innings, thanks to centuries from Sean Masood, Abdullah Shafiq, and Salman Ali Agha.

However, Pakistan is now facing a difficult situation in their second innings, struggling at 72 runs with seven wickets still to fall. England’s dominant position puts pressure on Pakistan as the match progresses.
