Hina Bukhari has recently become ‘The First Muslim Woman to Be Elected to the London Assembly.’

According to the recent news, Hina Bukhari, who is the daughter of a Pakistani Teacher, has made a history by becoming the first Muslim woman who is elected to the London Assembly.

His father, Syed Naz Bukhari was also the teacher of the Mayor Sadiq Khan and he was the first Muslim head-teacher of Britain.

Hina has now become a part of a 25-member assembly that rightly audits the work as well as activities of the Mayor. It is also responsible for amending all the annual budget details, forming the policies according to feasibility; however, with the formation of Greater London.
