Hunain Shah, Brother of Pakistani Pacer Naseem Shah, Joins Lahore Qalandars

Hunain Shah, the brother of Pakistani fast bowler Naseem Shah, has joined Lahore Qalandars in search of a promising future in cricket. In a video shared by the team, Hunain expressed his excitement about joining the reigning champions of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) and praised Lahore Qalandars for providing a great platform for young cricketers.

Hunain, a young fast bowler, mentioned that Lahore Qalandars is an excellent opportunity for aspiring players like him. He expressed his gratitude for being a part of the team and highlighted the team’s support in nurturing young talents. Hunain’s bowling action closely resembles that of his brother Naseem, who is currently a key player in the Pakistan men’s team. Hunain mentioned that Naseem provides him with valuable guidance and encourages him to bowl faster, which he strives to improve upon.

Having played cricket together since childhood, Hunain aims to follow in his brother’s footsteps and represent Pakistan one day. He expressed his determination to work hard and make his mark in the sport.

Lahore Qalandars have been instrumental in providing opportunities to young players not only from Pakistan but also from abroad. Players like Haris Rauf, Tahir Baig, and Zaman Khan have showcased their skills and potential while playing for the team. In the recent PSL season, Lahore Qalandars became the first team to successfully defend their title under the captaincy of Shaheen Shah Afridi. They defeated Multan Sultans twice to clinch the PSL trophy.
