Imad Wasim, an all-rounder for Pakistan, believes that if he is benched without apparent cause, he will make an effort to manage the situation professionally.
After a strong run of performances in the Pakistan Super League, Wasim was recently called up to the Pakistani team for their three-match T20I series against Afghanistan.
His individual efforts were outstanding, particularly with the bat as he was the leading run-scorer for his franchise and ranked fifth overall on the list, despite his team finishing fifth in the PSL and failing to advance to the play-offs.
However after Pakistan’s 2021 T20 World Cup semifinal defeat to Australia, he was dropped from the team.
