Imam-e-Kaaba, Dr. Saleh bin Abdullah Humaid, and Saudi Ambassador Nawaf bin Saeed Ahmad Al-Malkiy held a meeting with President Dr. Arif Alvi on Thursday. The discussions took place at Aiwan-e-Sadr.
During the meeting, President Alvi reiterated Pakistan’s unwavering support for a just and peaceful resolution of the Situation issue through the two-state solution. Imam-e-Kaaba, along with Saudi advisor Dr. Saleh bin Abdullah Humaid, and Saudi Ambassador Nawaf bin Saeed Ahmad Al-Malkiy were present during the discussions.
President Alvi emphasized the global responsibility to understand the challenges faced by Muslim communities. He urged the international community to collectively work towards ending conflicts and atrocities in various nations, which have tragically resulted in the loss of thousands of lives, including innocent women and children.
The discussions covered the current situation in Muslim countries and addressed the broader challenges confronting the Islamic world. President Alvi warmly welcomed Imam-e-Kaaba and highlighted the strong and brotherly relations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
These relations are rooted in a shared faith, common history, and deep connections between the people of both nations. The meeting underscored the importance of collaboration and understanding among Islamic countries in addressing shared challenges and promoting peace in the region.
