Rohit Sharma, India’s skipper stated that Indian team is appreciating the “challenge” of facing off Pakistan in an opening match Twenty20 World Cup.

Rivals would meet on Sunday at a packed Melbourne Cricket Ground.

Rohit said, “I don’t want to use the word ‘pressure’ because pressure is constant, I would like to take this as a challenge.”

“This Pakistani team is a very challenging team.”

India team, who are the number one in T20 format, have also not lifted a world title since the 2013 Champions Trophy and also was not in final of the last Asia Cup despite being favourites.
