1. How Does Solis Train Its Global Service Teams?
Golden Seeds Program: Turning Knowledge into Practical Skills
The three-day Golden Seeds Program brought overseas frontline technical professionals to Solis headquarters for theoretical learning, hands-on practice and on-site observation.
Led by more than 10 instructors, training covered five key areas:
- Energy storage inverters
- Residential Energy Storage Systems (ESS)
- Commercial and Industrial (C&I) ESS
- SolisCloud monitoring and management
- Service procedures and policies
The program aimed to strengthen technical expertise, practical installation skills and localized service delivery.
At the opening session, two Solis representatives shared their expectations for the program.
Henry:
“That’s exactly why we launched the Golden Seeds Program — you are the first batch of our most promising talents, and I expect you to fully master our products here and then back to inspire and elevate your teammates around the world.”
Chaz:
“The curriculum combines theoretical learning and hands-on practice, with emphasis placed on practical training to help you become competent in energy storage business delivery.”
The Golden Seeds Program goes beyond individual training. By encouraging participants to share their knowledge and experience with local colleagues, Solis aims to extend the benefits of technical training across its global service organization.
Voices from the Golden Seeds Participants
The program also provided an opportunity for colleagues from different markets to connect, exchange experiences and strengthen collaboration.
Edouard:
“Thank you @Robert @Molvina @Zoe for the training and the remarkable organization. I hope we will meet again soon for part 2.”
Carlos:
“It was very nice to meet you all, very glad to have this team, hope we can continue working together and sharing in the future! Thanks HQ team to make this happen!”
Elisabetta:
“I’ve arrived home safely, taking with me the wonderful emotions and memories of these fantastic days. A big thank to @Robert @Molvina and all HQ for organizing the training and for the amazing hospitality! It’s been a truly special experience!”
These experiences reflect the collaborative spirit behind the program and the value of building a connected, knowledgeable global service team.
