Iran’s Deputy Parliament Speaker Hamidreza Haji Babaei has said Tehran will never reach an understanding or make a deal with the United States.
Speaking on Monday, he stated that America should not be allowed to start a war whenever it wants and then call for a ceasefire when it chooses. He stressed that Iran must stand strong against US demands and stop Washington from acting as a major player in the region.
Haji Babaei said America’s war, peace and even talks are all forms of conflict. Therefore, Iran must stay careful and never agree with the US. He added that the will of the Iranian people has already shown America is weak, and it must stay that way in politics.
He also spoke about the Strait of Hormuz, calling it the peak of Iran’s power. The waterway is vital for world oil shipments, and he said Iran must protect and support this strength.
