Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian Expected to Arrive in Pakistan Tomorrow

Iranian President Dr. Masoud Pezeshkian is set to arrive in Pakistan on Tuesday for an official visit. The trip aims to strengthen ties between the two neighboring countries after the recent US-Iran peace deal.

This visit comes at a key time. Pakistan played an important role in brokering the Islamabad Memorandum that helped end the conflict between Iran and the US-Israel side. Officials from both sides want to build on this cooperation.

During his stay, President Pezeshkian is expected to meet Pakistan’s top leaders, including President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif. Talks will likely cover regional security, trade growth, energy projects, and border stability.

Both countries hope to increase bilateral trade. Iran has set a target of raising trade volume significantly. Key areas include the Iran-Pakistan gas pipeline, border markets, and new economic agreements. They also plan to discuss peace efforts in the wider region.

The visit shows growing diplomatic links between Islamabad and Tehran. It highlights shared interests in stability, economic cooperation, and addressing common challenges after recent tensions. Many see this as a positive step for better neighborly relations.
