Ireland Breaks India’s 16 Consecutive T20I Series Win, Taking IPL Winners to Cleaners

India’s incredible streak of 16 consecutive T20I series victories has come to an end after a stunning 2-0 defeat to Ireland.

The hosts produced a historic performance across both matches, outplaying one of the world’s strongest T20 sides to complete a memorable clean sweep.

The landmark triumph marks Ireland’s first-ever bilateral T20I series win over India and ranks among the greatest achievements in the nation’s cricket history.

The result also brings an end to India’s long-standing dominance in T20I series, making it one of the biggest upsets the format has witnessed in recent years.
