In 1915, amid the ongoing monsoons in the metropolis, the Karachi Traffic Police set up an emergency number for citizens caught off guard by the downpour, sources reported.
As per the information, the traffic police have launched a free vehicle repair service for Karachites to relieve citizens during the monsoon rains and keep traffic flowing smoothly.
The unique vehicles of the Karachi Traffic Police have mechanical facilities such as repairing punctures, inflating tires, towing a car and other necessary equipment, including fire extinguishers.
