Karachiites To Get Only 8 Hours Gas, Check Timings Here

Residents across Sindh and Balochistan will have to plan their daily cooking around limited gas availability this winter, as Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) has introduced a fixed supply timetable for household consumers.
Under the new arrangement, gas will be supplied during three specific periods of the day. The morning supply will run from 6:30 am to 9:00 am, allowing families to prepare breakfast. Consumers will then receive gas from 12:00 pm to 2:30 pm for lunch, followed by the evening supply from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm for dinner.
The schedule means households will have access to gas for a total of eight hours daily, with no regular supply announced outside these designated cooking hours.
SSGC has linked the restricted supply pattern to winter gas shortages, a challenge that has affected domestic consumers for several years. The company stated that it is managing available resources to maintain supply during the announced hours in line with federal government directions.
The revised timings are expected to require families to adjust their cooking routines and plan household activities accordingly.
