King Salman, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, has given instructions to invite 1,300 pilgrims from 90 countries around the world to participate in this year’s Hajj rituals. This program, called the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Hajj Guests Program, is managed by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call, and Guidance.
Sheikh Dr. Abdullatif Al-Sheikh, the Minister of Islamic Affairs, Call, and Guidance, praised the efforts of King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman, recognizing their dedication to making it easier for people to perform Islamic rituals and supporting those who wish to undertake the Hajj pilgrimage.
According to Dr. Al-Sheikh, King Salman’s directive demonstrates Saudi Arabia’s commitment to serving Islam and Muslims, as well as promoting stronger bonds of Islamic unity among people worldwide.
The Ministry, in collaboration with Saudi embassies and religious attachés abroad, has completed all the necessary procedures through the general secretariat of the program to ensure the royal order is implemented and the selected pilgrims are hosted.
