King Salman Orders Hosting of 1,300 Pilgrims from 100 Countries for Hajj this Year

King Salman, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, has issued a royal order to host 1,300 pilgrims from 100 different countries as part of the Hajj Guests Program. This special initiative is supervised by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs and reflects Saudi Arabia’s ongoing dedication to supporting and serving Muslims from around the world during Hajj, one of the most important pillars of Islam.

According to Minister Sheikh Dr. Abdullatif Al Alsheikh, full preparations are currently underway to welcome these pilgrims. A wide range of religious, cultural, and educational activities are being arranged to make their pilgrimage spiritually enriching and memorable. These include visits to important Islamic landmarks and the opportunity to meet and learn from respected scholars. Since it began, the program has helped nearly 65,000 pilgrims from 140 countries by providing complete travel, accommodation, religious guidance, and healthcare services. It continues to promote Islamic unity and supports the broader goals of Saudi Vision 2030 by enhancing the Kingdom’s role in global religious outreach.
