After some students received full scores, the Education Department in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) has launched an investigation into the marking of matriculation and intermediate exams.
The judgment was made after a private school student received 1,100 out of 1,100 in the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Mardan.
On Tuesday, the board announced the results of the grade 10 and 12 examinations. Two other candidates from the same board tied for second place with 1,098 points out of a possible 1,100.
