The interior ministry of Kuwait has recently declared that it will start renewing the residency permits for the expats who hold 100K dinar stake as per- Article 19, according to the official sources.
This decision would affect the expats of Kuwait who already have the citizenship as investor or to a foreign partner of commercial company with their share of minimum 100K Kuwaiti dinars; however, they must also meet the requirements by Ministry of Commerce.
Moreover, the Public Authority for Manpower- PAM for work permits reported that the expats who are employed in any government sector of the country would be able to shift their work permits to any of the private sector that will be beneficial for them to have a choice.
