Lahore-Based COLABS Raises $3 million Seed Funding.

On Friday, COLABS, a Lahore-based startup that provides flexible workspaces for SMEs, entrepreneurs, and freelancers, announced a $3 million early investment round.

The latest investment allows COLABS to expand its presence in strategic regions throughout Pakistan, with the goal of “knitting together a community of 100,000 entrepreneurs and freelancers around the country, beginning with 10,000 members within the next two years.”

According to the business, the round was headed by Indus Valley Capital, Zayn Capital, and Fatima Gobi Ventures.

According to the company, “this is the first time these three significant Pakistan-focused VCs have invested in a business together.”

Shorooq Partners, Kinnow Capital, Muir Capital, Sai Ventures, and a number of renowned angel investors, including Turner Novak, William Hockey, and Teddy Himler, also took part in the round.
