In an unexpected incident in Bengaluru, India, a man has filed a complaint with the consumer court after a restaurant allegedly served him chicken biryani without any chicken.
Krishnappa visited the restaurant with his wife in April 2023, ordered chicken biryani, and took it home. However, upon opening the parcel, they found that the biryani rice did not have any meat.
Krishnappa contacted the restaurant to complain, and although the owner promised a replacement within minutes, the new parcel was not delivered even after two hours. This led him to escalate the matter to the consumer court.
