After a routine decrease in the gold price yesterday, the cost of gold has risen in the country today.
According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Association, the per tola (11.66 grams) price of gold has increased by 2,000 Pakistani rupees, making the new price 213,300 rupees per tola.
As per the Association, the 10-gram gold price has gone up by 1,714 rupees, reaching 182,870 rupees.
Globally, the price of gold in the international market has surged by 20 dollars to 2,006 dollars per ounce.
This increase in gold prices both domestically and internationally reflects the dynamic nature of the precious metal market, influenced by various economic factors and global trends. It also impacts the buying and selling of gold within the country, which is an essential commodity for various purposes, including jewelry and investment.
