The Pakistani team can become a “formidable Force”, if players prioritize team over personal milestones, states Mickey Arthur, the Pakistan Team Director.
The director, in a recent statement mentioned that he puts a great emphasis on working together as a team can break all the individual records. Upon a question rendered by foreign sports journalist that Pakistani team players seems to be focused on personal achievements, he answered that he is aware of the situation and is firm on taking hold of such behaviors.
