Minister of Finance, Miftah Ismail has hinted an early exit of him saying that although the alliance government has just 13 months left whereas, he may not have that much duration.
During an address in an event at Karachi’s Institute of Business Administration (IBA), the finance minister talked about the politics duration, national growth strategy, tax collection, increasing population and other important issues hampering economic stabilisation.
He stated that the government has 13months duration but he may not have much time.
He shared his statement and expressed disappointment within PML-N over the Shahbaz Sharif government’s policies.
However, recently, PML-N Nawaz Sharif left a government expressed anger in a meeting on petrol price. He disagreed with the decision of increment in the fuel prices, as per Maryam Nawaz, party vice president.
Moreover, according to the sources, PML-N Nawaz Sharif is not satisfied with the party’s narrative. He suggested that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif should reach out himself to the masses in order to explain the government’s policies and causes of inflation.
