“Nawaz Sharif Will Start a New Era of Progress and Peace”: Maryam Nawaz

Maryam Nawaz, the vice president of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), has cleared up the uncertainty surrounding the return of her father, three-time former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, to Pakistan. She has confirmed that he will come back on October 21, believing that his return will make the party stronger.

Maryam Nawaz also mentioned that Nawaz Sharif’s return marks the beginning of a new era focused on progress, peace, and job opportunities for the youth to combat inflation.

During a public gathering organized by the PML-N Youth Volunteer, she emphasized that his return isn’t just about one person coming back but about the progress and peace of the entire nation.

Last month, former Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif announced Nawaz Sharif’s return date, which is set for October 21. Nawaz Sharif had been disqualified in 2017 and went to London in 2019 for medical reasons but has not returned since.

In anticipation of his return, the PML-N plans to file a bail petition with the Lahore High Court (LHC) to prevent his potential arrest at Lahore airport, as he has been declared a proclaimed offender.
