Lahore’s Orange Line metro train has encountered another problem: its annual borrowing fee rose by Rs 6 billion, 24News reported.
The Orange Line train, the former PMLN government’s flagship project, has paid Rs 19 billion in annual loan installments, which has now risen to Rs 25 billion.
According to the budget documents, a loan of Rs. 6 crores was added to the annual installment of the subway loan. Punjab has a total of Rs 10.27 trillion in accumulated credits.
