Pakistan have continued their strong record in home T20 International cricket, winning their latest series against Sri Lanka 2-1 in Rawalpindi. The victory means Pakistan have not lost a home bilateral T20I series since October 2022, maintaining the record through several contests against visiting teams.
The three-match series against Sri Lanka took place at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium from October 9 to 13, 2026. Pakistan won the opening match by four wickets after successfully chasing a target of 183 runs. Captain Sahibzada Farhan led the chase with an impressive 89 off 53 balls.
Pakistan then secured the series with an 82-run victory in the second match. The team scored 215 for three, with Maaz Sadaqat making 96 runs and Farhan adding 73. Pakistan’s bowlers restricted Sri Lanka to 133 for seven.
Sri Lanka won the final match by eight wickets, but Pakistan had already secured the series. Farhan scored another half-century, finishing the three-match contest with a record 238 runs.
Pakistan also won their home T20I series against South Africa 2-1 and Australia 3-0 during the 2025-26 season. These results have helped the team maintain its unbeaten home series record since October 2022.
