Pakistan Ranks 52nd in IMF’s List of Poorest Countries

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has released rankings that show how rich or poor different countries are. Pakistan is in 52nd place, with Bangladesh at 62nd and India at 63rd, among the poorest countries in the world. Nepal is the poorest country in South Asia, at 40th place.

South Sudan is at the bottom of the list, with each person making only $492.72 on average. This is because of problems with politics, fighting, and not having enough roads and buildings since it became independent in 2011. But Luxembourg is the richest country, with each person making an average of $145,834. Ireland, Singapore, and Qatar are also very rich.

The IMF ranks countries based on how much money each person makes and how much they can buy. This shows how well-off a country is and how good the people’s lives are. Many African countries are among the top 10 poorest, like Burundi and the Central African Republic. They have big problems with money.
