Pakistan to Get First ‘Air Taxi’ Soon

The process of planning to introduce Pakistan’s first “Air Taxi” service is in its final stages. Sky Wing Aviation Academy is bringing this “flying taxi” service to the country.

Imran Aslam Khan, the Chief Operating OfficeR of Sky Wings, mentioned that the aircraft for aerial tours has arrived in Pakistan. The company has leased a DA40 Diamond series aircraft for this purpose.

According to the COO, the single-engine plane can accommodate four passengers at a time. The service will be available for travel from Karachi to rural areas of Sindh and remote locations in Balochistan.

He further stated that it would take around three hours to reach Gwadar and one hour to reach Nawabshah using the aircraft. Imran Aslam also announced that a service application will be launched soon.
