Helicopter rescue was not possible due to the steep and rocky terrain.
Faizi, an experienced hiking guide with over 15 years of experience and founder of AFT Adventures, quickly took action. He turned his backpack into a makeshift carrier and carried the unconscious woman on his shoulders for nearly three hours down the dangerous mountain path to reach safety and medical help.
