She’s followed by 150k+ People on LinkedIn mostly for tech Job opportunities and content.

When asked about the challenges, Madiha said, “One of the most challenging aspects is that there are more jobs than developers in the regions. People from all over the world are hiring left and right from Pakistan. The Tech Talent is so good and affordable, it’s definitely becoming the number one choice for Software Giants. However, it’s also promoting talent scarcity. Software Engineers have 3 offers in hand as they step out to switch. Retention is also an issue. People are no longer interested in spending more than 8-9 months in the same company”.

You see, Indian talent is making waves all over the world and it’s time we do the same for Pakistan.
