Pakistan’s T201 World Cup 2024 Kit Revealed

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) showed off the new jersey for the upcoming T20 World Cup 2024 at a special event called the “Matrix Jersey” unveiling. The ceremony had big names like Babar Azam, the captain of Pakistan’s white-ball team, and other senior players like Shaheen Shah Afridi and Mohammad Rizwan. The PCB posted a video on social media, giving fans a look at the players wearing the new jersey.

Pakistan is in Group A for the World Cup, along with teams like India, Ireland, Canada, and the United States. Before the big tournament, the team will go to Ireland for some T20 matches, then to England for another series. After that, they’ll head to the United States for the T20 World Cup.

At first, the team had 18 players for the matches in Ireland and England. But for the actual World Cup, they’ll narrow it down to 15 players after the first T20 game against England on May 22. They had until May 1 to pick the squad, and they can still make changes until May 25, as long as the event’s technical committee approves.

In the tournament, there are 20 teams split into four groups. The top two teams from each group move on to the Super 8 round. Pakistan’s matches will be against the USA, India, Canada, and Ireland, and they’ll be playing in different cities across the United States.
